Hey there Mike, still not back on 80m. Living in Kemptvegas now and have a buddistick on the garage roof tuned for 40m.
Had a 2000km contact last night with my KX3 at 5W. Damn radio is nifty. Tell the gang on 3730 I said Hi and HI HI. I'll be back once I figure out what I can do with my G5RV on this property. If you know any local guys that could help me evaluate my options ask them to drop me a line at [email protected] maybe I can host an end of season ham radio bbq next month and we can get something done. 73

Interesting 10m repeater snippet on the home page, Mike. I've been hearing one on 29.640MHz recently when the band is open, called through a few times and got a roger beep in response but never made a contact... wonder where that one was...
