News on my tower erection get together.
As it is a later date then i had originally planned, hopefully we will get better weather. The date I am proposing is june 1st. I will be providing a barbeque lunch of hot dogs and hamburgers. Please bring your own beer/booze as we are not usual drinkers. We do have a full size refrigerator on the deck. We are on Clayton lake so swim and fish if you like. The tower is a 40 ft. Delhi type tower and should go up fairly easily. This is all weather permitting of course. Rain dates would be the next day or if needed the next weekend. Please let me know thru my email at [email protected] or phone at 613-256-2671. Feel free to come and just "hang out" and watch the erection or help out if you can. Please RSVP by June 30th. So, it's 10:40 and it looks like traffic is no longer being routed onto the old16 through Prescott. Apparently it was quite nasty. EMS from as far away as Ottawa responded to the call and several were transported to both Ottawa and Kingston. It seems the driver of the semi that caught fire survived...I think.
Trying to figure out how I can upload some pictures. Any help would be great.
